TrueBlue Blueberry Vanilla Soy Smoothie

This Recipe Uses:
TrueBlue Wild Blueberry

A touch of vanilla soy yogurt adds great texture to a protein-rich health shake.

INGREDIENTS:
¾ cup (175 mL) TrueBlue Wild Blueberry (or any flavor)
½ cup (125 mL) vanilla flavored soy milk
½ cup (125 mL) fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup (125 mL) vanilla flavored soy yogurt
1 cup (250 mL) crushed ice

METHOD:
Measure all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Serve immediately.

This recipe does not contain dairy (lactose free).
