TrueBlue Blueberry Banana Smoothie
Start your day with a very tasty, easy to make, blueberry smoothie.
INGREDIENTS:
1½ cups (375 mL) TrueBlue Wild Blueberry (or any flavor), chilled
½ cup (125 mL) vanilla yogurt
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp (15 mL) honey, optional
METHOD:
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately.
