INGREDIENTS: 1 cup (250 mL) TrueBlue Blueberry Cocktail (or any flavor) 1 cup (250 mL) vanilla ice cream 1 cup (250 mL) blueberries, fresh or frozen (not thawed)
METHOD: Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
* Add 2 tbsp (30 mL) TrueBlue if a thinner consistency is desired.
